* Registration will serve as an authorization for unlimited use of images for NSEAI or affiliated sponsoring groups or individual marketing at no fee.
* Board Certification Application Fee is not included in any seminar fee.
* Professional behavior is always expected with corespondance. Any disruptions or put downs of other participants will result in removal with no refund.
*Administrator or Faculty determinations are final.
* CEU fees (if applicable) are paid by the participant. (CLE, Act 48, College Credits)
